It'd be the typical Zab fight. He wins the first few rounds, looks great, probably even hurts Hatton a few times, then for no reason at all just disappears as a fighter. Hatton takes control, and wins a UD.

Hatton would be befuddled against Judah. Judah didn't melt down after winning early rounds; fighters like Tszyu and Mayweather simply adjusted to his brilliant but one-dimensional gameplan. If Hatton simply keeps doing what he does round after round (what else is he going to do?), I don't see Judah having any trouble with him.
