Chandler fought and beat Gabe Canizales, who was a good fighter. And he was a hard puncher too (not a light one as you say). And he was a big bantam-weight.

Still, assuming this fight takes place at 122, i give it to Pacquiao.

Okay maybe he's not Ivan Robinson but I can think of at least 50 batamweights who had more pop than Chandler. I think he has a KO percentage of around 50%. ghfjdgs
