There is an ungoverned, essentially corrupt way for Oscar, Fraud and HBO to vampire the jugulars of fight fans without jeopardising thier long term interests as a three way juncture, therefore, from a corperate point of view it would be senseless not to make these 'ghostly' arrangements. They, (HBO and De La Hoya) have tested the waters already and have passed with rewards of endless spoils, I figure they can only improve on thier craft. HBO kicking Merchant out, is also a timely symbolism of eradicating anything real and genuine amongst thier ranks, a conspiring, exclusively allied function lead by Ross Greenberg is now operational,..and in sync is Max Kellerman's installation,..:crafty: /I think he and the big boss man have something in common.

Oscar is too old, shot, inactive, needed more time to mesh with Freddy, threw the fight to try to sign Floyd, was robbed.
Floyd is too small, distracted by the family feuding, gave away too many concessions in the contract, overtrained, was robbed.
