He has already unified, and Julio has turned down several offers to fight him going all the way back to 2004, as has Joel.
He wants to keep his belts, I know that much.
Bob Papa called out Julio on him ducking Juan and Julio wouldn't give him a straight answer, as he couldn't because he dosen't want any part of Juan.
