Lorenzo Zanon, a 70's heavyweight who would go airborne and do cartwheels when hit on the chin.
He was wiping out a completely shot and out of shape Jerry Quarry in the Norton-Young semifinal and had won all 8 rounds, when a grazing right by Jerry sent him down acrobatically.
Larry Holmes actually sent the guy airborne.

I have to agree with this. The guy just had zero ability to take a punch.

Cliff Etienne - how he ever went the distance with Brewster (and won) I'll never know.
As REED said, Augie Sanchez had a terrible chin.

I was going to say Etienne. Even the fights he won he looked like he was fighting the whole fight hurt or on the verge of being hurt.
I think Augie had concussion syndrome or something. He didn't just get knocked out, he looked like he'd go into a coma everytime he got knocked out..............and it didn't take much.

He did a back roll when Quarry sent him down the second time and the last knockdown it looked like the crucifixion in the corner.
Holmes knocked him off his feet into the air, clear across the ring backwards and it looked like Zanon was trying to fly by flailing his arms everywhere.
Zanon also looked ridiculous in that he wore these knee high white sock swith blue stripes on the top with ankle high blue shoes, and "totip" trunks that were long at the time.
He spent more time in the air than any heavyweight I have ever seen.

Double L this is a really badly written topic. You should have qualified it better. If you want a list of the truly worst chins in history...you have to go to boxrec and look at the worse records...Eric Crumble for example..or even bums blown away by well known fighters early in their careers or guys KOed by Pernell whitaker, spadafora, Cory Spinks etc.
bottomline...Zab Judah would be no where near the top (or bottom..depending on your perspective) of such a list.
Perhaps you meant...
out of all UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONS, who had the worse chin? Or all Welterweight champions? Or all guys who fought Mayweather?
I'm trying to find a "chinny" list that could possible have Zab Judah in it. :dunno:

If by completely out, you mean 10 count? Nah, he wasn't. But Norris wouldn't have been in condition to continue after a 50 count.
Still, being blasted by Jackson is no shame. Having it done by a JAB by Simon Brown? Being hurt by anyone who touched him? Thats bad.
I feel sorry for Norris, because he took a couple of life changing beatings when he hung around a little too long. Without his reflexes and speed, he was a deer in the headlights and that poor punch resistance was then combined with his huge heart and will to win....thats how people get hurt and Terry did.

I'm a Norris fan as most people know, but i'll never try to say he had a good chin. I think his lack of punch resistance gets exaggerated at times, but nonetheless it was certainly a weakness.

He didn't have a great chin but balance seemed to be Tommy's biggest problem. I can't remember which fight it was (think it was Leonard 1) but I watched Tommy circling the ring and he tripped over his own feet AND the bottom rope. He was a bit clumsy.

Sweet, new ammo.
I should clarify that. I'm not "Jewish", I don't tell people I'm Jewish, I hate Jews and consequently I hate myself for even having some Jew in me somewhere.
I'm Australian. Other than that, I'm Portuguese.

actually kaukip youre fears of picking a white fighter follow you to the end of the world...you're fear run deep, years and years of disappointment has made you trust NO white fighter to ever win WORLD TITLES...Pavlik, Abraham they could be Middleweight champion..but your fear makes you diss them..so you most aline yourself with one that is not your own, one 2 string mexican boxer called Antonio Margarito...:tease:

:crafty: I don't expect an individual with race ceaselessly on the brain, to ever be able to think outside of it's boundaries, therefore you've predictably formulated yet another twisted theory that reflects your own beliefs. Just for the sake of excersizing, I'll inform you what's ACTUALLY going on in my head son, as attested to by my precedent of posts. First of all, I do not diss white fighters in the slightest, that's a soft reflex action, but, but, but, I DID used to stir up Orthadox Cruisader by acting like a heartbroken conservative white-american, until I think he finally detected that I was just distorting the media's unfair sentiments and disdain for the unwanted influx of Russian heavyweights, you know what I'm talking about?..."All our guys are playing basketball!" , I also agree with OC when it comes to forms of journalism like Steve Kim's recent produce. I ofcourse, can't agree with everything Orthadox says, he's a bit like you, race is an obstacle your both unable to see through, and by detecting YOUR traces of posts Illuminati, haven't I done quite the opposite to what your alluding to as a 'lack of racial pride'?, by inflating your 'pattern' centred around 'kill whitey' and projecting it onto these walls ....high and ....wide?..:crafty: Coincidentally, on your quip, that 'I've had years of dissapointment' , you're obviously reminiscing on the good times aren't you Illuminati?..:crafty: aaaah? your voluntarily feeding me information about the make-up of your soul, and I can't help but to giggle like a wicked witch :crafty: !!...
Now to continuously shatter your blunt thesis on my apparent insecurities, the only white fighter I've picked against recently was Andrade over Kessler, I picked Pavlik to beat Miranda, wasn't that 'brave' in particular? I also picked Valuev over Ruiz, Chagaev over Ruiz, and Dzindziruk over Santos, just to name a few ':crafty: ',....but, I don't pick based on race or nationality, these are observations in retrospect, and what I really believe, which should be quite obvious to everyone when it comes to prizefighters, is that good individual boxers are actually the 'race' that dominates the sport. Racial superiority aka your way of thinking, doesn't add up when the best middleweight in the world is black, and the SECOND best middleweight in the world is white, that kind've contradicts the 'range' a bit doesn't it?.. still I ofcourse don't expect you to understand, 'symbols' boy :crafty: .

http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t106/30000pumas/LiddellJackson.gifThat was just an arm punch, and it wouldn't have even come close to landing on even a mediocre cruiserweight. Liddell has absolutely no technique. He flails his arms like a windmill, and pulls straight back.

Either way, the only place you see punching as sloppy as Chuck's is in Toughman competitions. He got knocked out because he threw punches like a windmill and pulled straight back. You'll see that kind of knockout punch three hours before the main event on any boxing card.

Karma is a bitch...he made his whole goddamn rep as this "great" fighter by beating up old Welterweights
He was an exciting version of Jermain Taylor

Terry beat some guys who are top jr. middles at the time (Daniels, Vaden, Pettway, Castro). I rank some of those wins over his wins over the aging former welterweight champs like Curry and Taylor.
