Sorry if I missed any names, I'm moving onto another website. I gave this place a chance, and all in all I had fun the short time I was here.
I'm not going to make a stink about what brought me to this decision, but I don't agree with the way things are handled here compared to other forums (I post on 3 including this one).

I don't recall whether or not it was ever stated to mods that they shouldn't mess with people's avatar's , sigs , profiles .. etc... but I think it goes without saying and shows poor charachter of who ever would do such a thing. :cool:
Also IMO ... regardless of what has gone on in another section of the forum , I do not recall Alabama Man ever posting a thread in here about Marquez ... if he did , it was VERY few. I can see the problem with it in GD ... but IMO moving that type of discussion to TAAA is an improvement in forum etiquette that was punished. A bad move also IMO.

I am self suspended for violating my oath, but I demand Alabama Man inform me why he has to go. Also, if Payton either closed his thread,changed his avatar or something he should be demoted. I like Payton but he never posts anymore and he likes Maxboxing. At this point, Alabama is more of a contributor. Payton should be demoted or formally apologize. I shall see you all next week. I don't understand why Payton or Donnybrook are mods here anymore anyway. They might post once a week.

It seems through the people and their support this situation has been somewhat rectified. I thank everyone for their support and consultation. Now that the wrongs have been undone, I'll have to reconsider my position here now over a few grape flavored Smirnoffs.

I don't know the story. Donnybrook and Peyton slow change. They never contribute and then they punish memebers who do. Both should resign. Of course, it will take them a month to read this. Well, I've been working too much so I miss 90% of the live fights, so I don't have anything to talk about in that regard. I get them later on DVD but I still don't have time to watch. I've got probably two stacks of DVD's each about 2 feet tall of fights I haven't seen yet.
That, plus I've gotten into the bootleg music forums so I've been spending a bit of time over there as well.
But mostly, work sucks.

First, good bye threads are gay. If you want to say goodbye to someone specific then send a pm. If you miss someone then it's no big deal, someone else will cue them in. Goodbye threads are for attention whores.
Second, deciding to come back in the same thread is twice as fucking lame. If you are gonna bitch out and make a goodbye thread then don't act like double-douche and be "swayed" to come back in the matter of a few minutes in the same thread.
I don't care about Alabama Man and his metro sexuality, wine coolers, and inflated self worth. I do care about Fightbeat and it's integrity and these shenanigans do nothing but make this board a travishamockery.
To fix this fuckery, I think we should ban anyone who makes a goodbye thread for three days, and if they decide to come back in the same thread they should get the whole week.

The only proper goodbye should be a "Fuck off asshole losers ... later" ... and then never return.
Until you're ready to do that , there's no point in making this type of thread for obvious reasons. :doh:

Sorry if I missed any names, I'm moving onto another website. I gave this place a chance, and all in all I had fun the short time I was here.
I'm not going to make a stink about what brought me to this decision, but I don't agree with the way things are handled here compared to other forums (I post on 3 including this one).
