Norris vs a prime Ike, catchweight of 150

Norris MM matchup week continues on fightbeat. A prime Ike moving up 3 pounds would make no differance, and Terry could easily make 150. Who wins? I've always felt that Norris at his best who have schooled Ike, even a prime one, but I'm sure many will disagree.

Norris would outbox him I think. Quartey would win some rounds and all, but Terry's hand speed and movement is the difference here.
