Shaun George is the future undisputed LHW Champion of the World!!!
Why?
Because he made Chris Henry quit in two rounds of sparring.
His people want to call out Henry sometime next week.
 Just bustin your chops Karl...
But it's apparently true.

What do you guys think Karl would say if Henry ever quit in his corner?
He would post a 10 page list of reasons that it is acceptable to quit on your stool.. And he would then explain how Henry was suffering from things listed on at least 9 of the 10 pages.

You know some people go out do coverage for everyone and some will like it and others will not, and then stuff like this is posted up here to discredit everything.
Another boxing writer yesterday that pug, joony, Chris, (I am sure Arben) and I know called me and asked me why I continued to write here after visiting our message board and reading some of the reactions to that Chris Henry thread.
He was telling fighters, boxing media, and news media folk at Chris' last fight that I was with "teenbeat" because of the childlishness, jealousy, and envy that exists here on this message board.
I don't know what happened in that sparring session, and I don't know if Arben's statement is true or not, and I have only vaguely heard of brother George before.

Brother, getting called on your clear bias is not childish, it's responsible.
Now there were some other things that went different directions and ended up being ridiculous, but the core of the ridicule was because of the obvious, flagrant and dispicable bias.
Personally I don't have an issue with it because it now makes me interested in seeing the unranked Henry fight a TBA. That's decent promotion..

You want to see Chris lose, Andrew?
That is strange as the kid fights hard and dosen't say a bad thing about anyone, even when I posed the Antonio Tarver sparring question to him.
He said that Derrick James was a tough guy as well and didn't knock him in the least.
You can ask pug or REED as they both know him if they have heard Chris knock any fighter, and they will tell you no.
Do you want to see him lose based on my interview?
I can guarantee you one thing right here and right now Andrew, and REED and pug will back me up on this: If you ever met Chris Henry in person, you would like him as he is a gentleman.

He's very comfortable as he is a fanatical trainer Trplsec, but he can gain some weight comfortably as he did in the Rafael Pedro fight.
Now here is the real story on that sparring that never took place, Chris has never heard of Shaun George, and it was a case of mistaken identity.
He has never sparred nor met Shaun George, but wishes him well in his own career.

I confess. I've sparred with Shaun George and Chris Henry. I made them both quit. There you have it, a FightBeat exclusive.
Cupey
Shaun's a decent enough guy, and not a bad fighter, but I have a hard time believing he's forced any decent fighter to quit in sparring. That is, of course, unless Shaun has a completely different style when he spars.
On the flip side - Shaun George has been on TV enough times, and his name rings out enough (within the industry) to where if Chris is claiming he never heard of him...
- then he's either lying, trying to pull a Floyd move
- or he doesn't pay much attention to anything beyond the top level and his immediate surroundings.
Methinks there are now two mysteries to investigage.
All that said, I wouldn't mind seeing Henry-George. Shaun's been on TV a few times, and Henry can use the exposure before advancing to the next level.

Chris didnt gain any weight to fight Pedro. He was about 185, fully clothed with pockets full.
He's lean and makes 175 but no way to make 168. He won't be going up anytime soon. The heavyweight fight was just a good opportunity for them, and they'd sparred with Pedro so were confident and knew what he brought to the table.
Pedro fights Adam Richards next. Look for a KO there.
And yes, Adam ran Chris out of the ring in sparring.. J/K
