I also got these.. "the perfect pushup"

basically pushup bars but can twist, real nice!! Since I tore ligaments in my wrists years ago, I find these are great for pushups, less strain on wrists but more on the chest, shoulders, tris

are you even married Mustard? or you another kid.. ?

Actually if I knew you in person, I'd bet money that my wife could do more pushups than you..

But you know they are only cheap, throwaway gags that I'd never use in real-life. :dunno:

looking at them now

are they actually better for the muscles than doing pushups normally?

or is it more just for old timers with wrist problems? :crafty:

well.. I can say after only 4 days into my pushup program, I'm suprisingly sore! I think just that you can go deeper into it and the different hand positions.. it's nice

LOK, my friend, I'm sure if we ever met - we'd probably not talk much about what happens on this forum - just drink some decent whiskey, compare notes and shoot the breeze....

If I ever met LOK, I'd pull my pants down and let him judge my manhood. Then I'd look at his and compare. Then we can go for a beer.
