SPELT is not taught or used or even considered a correct use of any word in the american education system.
If I was in a school in England and I made this forum, then you guys would have a point, because in england that can be considered a correct spelling of a form of spelled.
BUT I WAS IN AN AMERICAN SCHOOL, WITH KIDS TAUGHT IN THE AMERICAN EDUCATION SYSTEM, WHERE SPELT IS NOT CONSIDERED OR TAUGHT TO BE A CORRECT SPELLING OF ANY FORM OF WORD OR EVEN A WORD FOR THAT MATTER.

This is the quintessential I and I thread. Wrong on every count, back peddling from his original post, and trying to wiggle out of something he was caught wrong in.
I and I... are colour, labour and theatre wrong also?

BUT...
...look back at the beginning of this thread and until I made my initial post, some people here were agreeing with the idiot. :popcorn:Not really. They were just kind of fucking with him at first. That always happens in I and I threads. Everyone starts their warm up until we actually start to study the thread. Than he gets owned every time.

Sorry, but the website states it as an alternative spelling for the past tense of "spell."
I and I, you'd be well advised to just shut up right now. You got owned by a bunch of Special Ed. students.
Rubio spelt it out quite clearly in this post!
