Assuming the fight ends decisively with no controversy and there is no immediate rematch.

I think with Hatton it will probably be clearer. My guess is he'll go back to 140. Probably fight his next fight in Manchester. The level of the opponent depending on how much the Floyd fight takes out of him.

Not sure about Mayweather though, something tells me he won't be able to handle a loss as well as Hatton might. I don't think he retires but my guess is he takes a hiatus from boxing.

What do you think?

If Mayweather loses, I think there'll be an immediate rematch in about 5-6 months.

If Hatton loses, he's still the legit champ @ 140. Hopefully he'll fight Witter.

If Hatton loses as I think he will, the fight at jr. welter would be Juan Diaz moving up to face Hatton.
That fight could be held in a London phone booth, where they still have phone booths.

I rather see him fight Witter. Its a more interesting fight. Hatton would kick Diaz's ass BADLY!

What do you think?Floyd would go for an immediate rematch with Hatton. Ricky would go back to 140 and continue to dominate.

after hatton wins I anticipate mayweather will demand a rematch. which could occur, depending on whether the contract has a rematch clause or not, and if hatton is willing to move up another 7 lbs for a larger payday vs delahoya.

IF Hatton lose esp. if he is dominated and pounded he will go back to the UK and have a few easy fights...then beat the piss out of Junior Witter......

IF Mayweather lose...well it all depends how he lose..if he lose a close fight he will ask/get a rematch...IF he is KOTFO..or brutalize/takes alot of punishment during the fight and is dominated...then i think that is it for him..he won't recover from defeat...CAUSE he said no easy fight..only big fights..if Hatton beats him..Cotto will rape him...and who knows what Margarito would do to him...

Hatton will be a bus boy or washing dishes in an irish pub in 2 weeks
