What's up with that avatar :nono:

Are routines are clearly different, but there should be a way to show we are continueing our routines, respectively.

Keep a training log here. We could start a new thread and call it "The Fightbeat Training Log". That way we can post what we do in sets, reps, and exercises each week. :dunno:

You're not a fan of Green Lantern?

I took a quiz that said, "What kind of ring would you get?" and apparently I'd be a GL.

I curl 135 on the straight bar (bench bar)

If I swing and cheat I could get 185

What kind of software do you have? Haven't you done anything on Utube? I will see if they can do it on photobucket, I was thinking you could but I'm not sure....

Never tried to upload any videos anywhere.:dunno:

Not much different than uploading pics. You will navigate from "browse" and find your videos, then push upload :dunno:

Did your computer come with any video software? I have videostudio, but it's a bit confusing for rooks because of all the bells and whistles.

Nope, we built it from scratch and everything is custom-made. I'll figure it out. At least I got a photo up.:dunno:

And am looking to do 300 once by the summer. I think it's easily doable. What do you think?

have you benched again yet? since posting this? have you gone up?

as long as you are not heavy benching too regularly, another thing I'd suggest is doing negatives with 300. get a feel for it on the bar, have a GOOD, STRONG spotter and or do it in the smith first.. but just lower it down nice and controlled.. I think getting a feel for the heavy weight really helps
