Witter should be ranked ahead of Malignaggi and nothing Paulie can do tommorrow should effect that, IMO.

Is Witter then recognised as #1 at 140?No, but everytime Judah etches another loss on his record, Witter's nonexistant star continues to fall.

IBF junior welterweight champion Paulie Malignaggi (24-1, 5 KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over Herman Ngoudjo (16-2, 9 KOs) on Saturday night at Bally's in Atlantic City. Malignaggi got off to a good start, but Ngoudjo started getting to him in the third and cut him over the left eye in the fourth. Things settled down in the fifth and sixth, but the challenger had a big round seven, punishing Malignaggi for the full three minutes. Malignaggi outboxed Ngoudjo down the stretch, but Ngoudjo closed strong.

Herman was able to land straight right hands from the outside. Fatman doesn't throw right hand leads from the outside.

Isn't Floyd's son known for fading down the stretch? :dunno:
Isn't that what happened in his fights against PBF, Colazzo, Urango and God knows who else?

I do like Herman though, he's fought some tough guys, and has less than 20 pro fights.
