IMO one is a very offensive ethnic slur and the other is a somewhat socially accepted term, much like trailer trash, describing lower class whites in America.

People don't give Ortho enough credit... he actually is smart enough to respond in a civil fashion when you tell him to cut it out... ditto for Mustard by the way.
