It was indeed a Diet Coke, and dude, I'm just thick. I carry some bodyfat, but I also carry a lot of muscle. My arms are as big as my neck, just about. I'm 5ft8, 220lbs, and I did 100 chinups with that bodyweight yesterday. My guess is I'll be about 30lbs lighter by next November.:clap:
