my man Buddy.. and anyone else who reads this and cares..:lol:
so I've been doing my one a day since before new years.. but recently started doing 5 miles 3 times a week or so on top of the other days 1 a day..
I'm loving my 5 milers now and think I am gonna stick to it.. maybe go for at least 4 days a week of 5 miles and the rest 1 mile.
I have to say it feels good to be in better shape than I've been in YEARS and YEARS!

I'm doing them mostly on my eliptical, easier on the knees and I can put on my wireless headphones and watch tv while i run.. mainly been watching fights.. my 5 miles takes me a lil over 30 mins right now so you can watch quite a bit.
it has already started slimmin me down, i try to not eat anything after.. maybe just a shake/smoothie I make with fruit, ice, milk, and some chocolate whey protien powder..
