Forrest didn't need to talk when he was active and the real champ, but now that he's been so inactive and getting up there in years the number of future paydays aren't as great and I guess that's led him to the decision to go the standard route in hyping himself.

I'm not really sure what big money fights are available for him at the moment.

Would Mosley possibly entertain another fight if there isn't a Mayweather or Cotto fight possible?

Winky Wright would seem a natural fight to make if The Wink can make 154 but I don't know if that's even being discussed at all.

I just worry about what the kid's at Destiny's Child will think of all this profanity and trash talk.:lol:

Vernon Forrest has always talked.

He talked shyt even before the first Mosley fight. Anyone remember how he said in so many words, how he would screw Mosley's wife? Or when he was on a boxingtalk chat back in the day and was giving some rude answers to some of the questions his fans were asking?

The guy has never given credit to his opposition, even after getting schooled by Quartey.

Forrest has always been an ass, but for some reason people think he's a nice guy. But like Mosley said, Forrest does a good job fooling the media into thinking he's a nice guy.

I guess he's just tired of pretending at this point in his career. He's not shittalking, he's just showing his real self.
