Damn I'm tired. I ran 3.7 miles and biked 6.7.

Dammit, dammit, dammit! This is the exercise forum, so I can't ask Joe if he had a hard time jogging and chewing at the same time!

Alright Joe, since this is the exercise forum, you'll get some exercise advice. Make sure that you walk a lot because you want to take the weight off without aggravating any tendons or other connective tissue.

As for biking, get a gel seat because they reduce friction burns and such, enabling you to bike longer without discomfort. This is all on the up-and-up.

If you're interested in weight-training at all, circuit training and supersets are really good ways to turn weight-training into a fatburning measure. :bears:

And don't tire yourself out all at once. Training is for the long haul, so the only time you should really push it is if you're gonna have a day off afterwards. Overdoing it once can hold you back from training the rest of the time, and the key is endurance.

If you try to go all-out when you first start training, you might discourage yourself, and you don't want to do that.http://www.fightbeat.com/forums/images/icons/icon11.gif
