As if the card wasn't weak already. Now Riggs will fight Hughes in place of the injured Parisyan. What the hell has Riggs done to get a shot at the title? I think he's only had one fight at 170.

Now both main events (Hughes/Riggs and Franklin/Quarry) might not even be competitive. Best fight on the card might be St Pierre/Sherk.

How good is Nate Quarry, really?

I wonder that myself. We saw him run thru a couple of dudes in the UFC, but no top guys. His hands look good so he's got at least a puncher's chance against Franklin.

Bad fight for Riggs. His usual advantage, strength will be nullified in this fight, giving him ZERO edges in the fight

they arent horrible fights, but i would probably download them

I think the freebie this weekend has a more meaningful fight in Diaz/Sanchez. Winner of that one is probably a couple of fights away from a title shot.

I like Quarry since the show. but heavy hands ?
get serious.... seen his last fight ? those sissy ass pathetic excuses he called punches couldn't dent a strawweight let alone rich Franklin.

I think Franklin is gonna run thru him personally

That's the only reason I'm going too buy it,IMO thats the main event and an important fight winner should fight hughes next.

He made a good account of himself against hughes to bad he let his gaurd down and loss, I think a very focused St.Pierre can take Hughes but I doubt it but I agree he will be the champ in the future.

I think he could take Hughes in a remacth and he could take BJ Penn also

Even if St. Pierre loses tonight, he's still the man. Sherk is no joke, and will be a force too.

St. Pierre couldnt beat Penn. Penn is too technically sound.

Penn is one of my favorite fighters but he's gettin' a bit overrated
he's tha man @ the division
but he's not unbeatable
I think St Pierre can take him caue of styles, Matt would lose to im again tough

I've only seen Sean The Muscle Shark Sherk once and it was at Bushido against Ryuki Ueyama and I was very VERY impressed, I think this guy shouldn't be overlooked he can beat St.Pierre tonight.MAANN I can't wait.

I think he can too, but as far as excitement, and becoming a star, St. Pierre is the deal

Nate Quarry. He's been a part of Cotures team since at LEAST UFC 43. Just not on Rich's level.
