"Saxons" ... that's the theory that the native British population was completely wiped out, and wholly replaced by people of northern German descent innit?

    :emoji_flag_dk: Yeah why not.

No one cares about Joshua's medal and he's no kind of draw in the US. He's not more well known or popular than Wilder. He's still a nobody in the US. You know it as well as I do.You're using hyperbole so you can type your gibberish.

If That's What YOU Really Think You "Know", You Truly DON'T "Know" Shit...

    Lewis-Tyson, Floyd-Pacquiao, Joshua-Klitschko...

Literally, Those are the Only Fights in Boxing HISTORY, that HBO and Showtime MUTUALLY agREED to Broadcast...EVER...For the 3rd Time, OVER 600,000 AMERICANS Watched the Live Broadcast of Joshua-Klitschko, then, Hours Later, ANOTHER 6, 7, 800,000 Watched the REPLAY On HBO...

If Joshua's "Still a Nobody in the US", WHYthefuck Did America's 2 Largest Suppliers of Cable/PPV Boxing AGREE to Show his Fight on the SAMEfuckingNIGHT???...REED Never Said Joshua's a Draw in the US, he Said Joshua's Already a BIGGER Draw in the US than Wilder...

    And that's a Fucking FACT...

    True.

Ironically, adding to what D&M stated about the white, football-hooligan fraternity that followed Ricky Hatton in the last decade, the same was of Alan Minter in the late 70s and early 80s.....all bought to head when he lost vs Marvin Hagler in 1980: probably 60-70% of that Wembley crowd were football fans...

Minter had heard what happened when Chris Finnegan tried to shake Haglers hand.

    Fuck Marvin Hagler.

The indigenous English never loved Nigel the way they loved Hatton. Nigel was a good "boy" but Ricky was a good "lad". ;)

Clearly they did it because Anthony Joshua is a global megastar. So much so that he's a huge draw in places he's never fought before where people have seen him fight once.

He made an idiotic statement so you could say something dramatic. I'm not going to force to dig any deeper, but you're a buffoon.

Pretty Obvious You DON'T Know This (Among Other Shit You Attempt to Debate About), but Joshua-Klitschko was Annnn-Tunney's 3rd-4th Broadcasted by Showtime...American Audiences HAVE Seen Him Fight More Than 1nce, Dude...Sorry For YOUR Ignorance...

Joshua's ALREADY a Bigger American Draw than Wilder Will EVER Be...w/Out EVER Fighting in America...And it's NOT Even a Debatable Point, Yet Here YOU Are Arguing Otherwise...

Not Even Sure WHATthefuck Your Last Sentence Means, but it's Pretty Apparent You've Suffered a Head Injury OR Maybe, You're Fightbeat's 1st KNOWN Special Needs Poster...Who Knows, Who Cares...

Duly Note, if You NEVER Respond to a Post of REED's Ever Again, he WON'T Even Notice...Soooo, Best of Luck w/the Remainder of Your SHORT BUS Life, and Good Riddance...

Is AJ really more known than Wilder in the US?

If I had to make a guess, i'd think that they are both unknown.

So 1.4 million Americans actually tuned in to watch an unknown Brit vs a 40-year old Ukrainian on his last legs....fighting in London?

    Wow.
    Who said 'boxing is dead'?

REED's Not Suggesting Joshua Could Walk Down Any American Street and Be Recognized, Immediately...Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar From It...

That Being Said, Joshua Would Be Recognized QUICKER than Deontay Wilder Would, in America...& If/When They Fight, WHEREVER They Fight (America Included), Wilder Will Be on the ASS End of the Negotiation...

Without Even Researching the Matter, REED Feels Certain Deontay Wilder's NEVER Had 1.4mil Watching ANY Fight of His...Probably Not Even 2 Fights of His, Combined...

The Klitshko fight was a good intro for Joshua but he's nothing in the US at this point. I think that goes without saying. I'm not sure what secondary point or ulterior motive Reed has in making such a silly claim. Sounds like the seeds of another one of his urban athletic love affairs.

I like Joshua, I want him to become a big star. But he's certainly a lot of long steps form having any notoriety in the US. Wilder may not be a crossover star but he's fought on network TV, had some buzzworthy KO's, and has some presence. It's just absurd, exaggerated statement coming from the kind of clown you would expect to make such statements.

Wilders fights with Washington and Arreola got around 2.6 million viewers... Those were on Fox. When he fought Stiverne on Showtime he got around 1.3 million. And Wilder was the name against Stiverne while Klit was the name against Joshua.

    Now stfu please.

that's a fairly good rebutall of Reed statement. So yeah, it seems that wilder is still a much bigger draw in the US for now.

The Klitschko Fight WASN'T Joshua's "Intro" to the U.S., Misinformed DUMBFUCK..

Joshua vs. Martin, Brezeale and Molina were ALL Televised on Showtime, to American Audiences...Not Only That, But the Whyte Fight was ALSO Shown During the Martin Telecast...You Persist in Suggesting Wlad was Joshua's DEBUT to American Audiences and That's 100% INfuckingACCURATE...Period...

Since I took the time to look up Wilder's ratings why don't you tell me how these Joshua fights did? Comparing the numbers should go a long way in telling us who is the bigger name in the US.

    o_O

Dating Back to SecondsOut, You've Been a Perpetual DICK, the Entire Time You've Posted on the Same Sites as REED, So Unfortunately, You'll Need to Do your OWNfuckingHOMEWORK, Here...Sorry...

Lewis-Tyson, Floyd-Pacquiao, Joshua-Klitschko...Those are the ONLY Times Showtime and HBO have SHARED the Rights to Broadcast a Particular Bout...HBO Wanted On Board Soooooooooooooo BADLY, They agREED to Televise the Fight 5-6 Hours AFTER it Took Place...In Boxing, that Speaks VOLUMES, But Apparently that Decibel Level Doesn't Register to YOUR Ears...

First, You Said "Nobody Cares about a British Bronze Medal", Not Knowing Joshua Won GOLD in 2012...You THEN Said he's "No Kind of Draw in the U.S.", Despite the Dual Network Coverage AND Ratings his Most Recent Bout Received...You THEN Said Joshua had "Only Been Seen 1nce in the U.S.", Despite Wlad Being the 5th Joshua Bout Shown, Start to Finish...

And REED Didn't Even Mention ESPN's (You Know, America's Most MAINSTREAM Sports Entity, by Many Miles?) Coverage of Joshua, in the Aftermath...Basically, Even if Joshua Fought Wilder in Alabama, Deontay Would Be on the ASS End of the Negotiations...

w/Out EVER Having Fought Here, Joshua Would Generate a LARGER Live Gate/Television Audience than Deontay Wilder Would...If Joshua Fought the Likes of Stiverne, Szpilka, Arreola, etc., in the OTHER 49 American States, he'd Generate a LARGER Live Gate/Television Audience than Deontay Wilder Would...

And If/When they Fight, REED'll GLADLY Sig Bet or Money Bet Joshua Will OWN the Negotiations AND Be the Chief Reason the Bout Sells, Despite Wilder ALREADY Being 4-5 Years OLDER...
