An HOUR from Now, You HAVE TO Engage in an AGGRESSIVE and/or COMPETITIVE Activity Against Someone You're Not Particularly Fond Of...

Could Be a FIGHT, SPARRING Session, a SCRUB-League Basketball Game/Soccer Match, Bench Pressing, Golf, Typing, Spelling Bee, Competitive Board Games, WHATEVER...

Bottom Line Is, You Want to Insure You're AMPED UP to Beat That Motherfucker...You Want to Be in the Proper Frame of Mind to DESTROY Him, as Early as Possible...

    What Song(s) Gets you Going???...

Poor thread - just retitle it 'Scary-Rap-Music-That'll-Probably-Put-You-Into-An-Overly-Confident-And-Overly-Aggressive Mindset-And-Will-Get-You-Knocked-The-Fuck-Out'

Never Been a Big Fan of the Queensbridge Flow, but this Song has ALWAYS Gotten REED's Juices Flowing Rather Quickly...HAUNTING Ass Melody...Sounds Like Some Rhythmic "Scary Movie/Your Ass is TOAST" Type of Shit...

REED's "I'm Calm, But I'm STILL Gonna Fuck You Up" Song...

Shook Ones is an overrated song tbh. The only reason it became popular in the mainstream, years after it came out, is because it was featured in 8 Mile.

There's more than 6 songs on that album that are better/more hardcore than Shook Ones.

The Infamous is one of the greatest group albums in Hip Hop history.

    Erratic basically nailed it.

The Dark and Hell is Hot "Intro" by X is the quintessential fight song. Such a shame too, X peaked on his first album, and was really never the same after. But Its Dark and Hell is Hot is EASILY a Hip Hop classic. Amazing album.

LYRICALLY "Shook Ones" is Overrated, as are Most Queensbridge MC's...But the Beat and Melody of "Shook Ones" is Indeed CLASSIC...

That's Why REED Posted the Instrumental...

    Do you even

By "most Queensbridge MC's" why don't you just name the man you're talking about? He's the only MC from Queensbridge considered (and rightfully so) a Hip Hop legend.

We all know how you feel about Nasir Jones.

The same way I feel about 95% of the Souf's rappers.

Most this rap sounds like music to get stoned on the couch to on a Tuesday night to me, I can feel the white smoke wisping out the speakers into my half closed bloodshot eyes

REED's NEVER Had an Issue w/Nas LYRICALLY...Dude is BEYOND Reproach in that Regard...

REED's Issue was the MONOTONE Delivery...But Since Around the Time of "One Mic", Nas has Mixed it Up Some, to the Point REED Doesn't Have that Issue Anymore...

Prodigy from Mobb Deep was THE Worst about that Though...
