    Lamotta by UD.

On a P4P level, I'd pick Tito. But at 160 Lamotta's size figures to give him an edge.

Lamotta wins a UD. It's competitive, though.

Yeah, Cdogg is pushing it. Even for a guy with a chin as good as Lamotta's, Tito ain't exactly the type you can pressure at all night long and leave saying "This was a walk in the park!"

There would a couple of rounds where Tito tattoos Lamotta, I just think ultimately think Lamotta's size and strength wears him down.

Please, the Raging Bull version of Lamotta may get "tattooed" but the real life Lamotta wasn't some Mayorga bum

Never said he was, but Trinidad wasn't a bum either.

Against wright, trinidad needed his tape bad. Funny how wright's shell defense worked great, but david reid's wasn't shit.

David Reid was shit, Winky Wright was good

Trinidad was young, active and in his prime and at his best weight against Reid ... he was the opposite against Wright

I think Double L's hands need to be taped together to prevent him from posting.

Go watch the vargas and joppy fights. In both of those, tito's illegal wraps are obvious to anyone paying attention.

    LaMotta would be too big

What if he had the illegal wraps in this match-up?

You mean with the new x-ray hdtv that allows you to see inside the gloves?

You can tell his gloves are artificially heavy.

Only Double L can see what's inside a fighter's gloves.

No other living being has that ability. Just him.

So why is it you are the only one who can "clearly see" the supposedly heavier gloves?

There are many things that only him can see. He seems to believe stating they're obvious to see for anyone will convince people to adopt his views. Unfortunately for him, it is an argumentative technique that works only with the dumbest of the dumbs.

Take an extreme example. Do you agree if you watch the silohuette of a fighter shadow-boxing, with and without 1 pound dumbbells, that you could tell which is which? Even if the dumbbells are not visible?

    I suppose so...
You think Trinidad's gloves weighed an extra POUND?

I know you guys laugh at him, but Double is right. The motion of Tito's punches pre Hopkins looked weird, the hooks in particular swung round in an odd, weighty fashion.

His analogy of shadow boxing with and without (small) invisible dumbbells is a good one. Obviously the magic wraps weighed less than a pound, but there's no doubt they were heavier than other boxers'.

His punches simply looked heavy, in the literal sense, different from other fighters, and different to when he got busted.
