Laguna would win. He had more substance and toughness than Hector. And while Hector was faster, Laguna was lighting quick enough that the speed disparity isn't that big. Laguna would outfight and ultimately outbox Camacho.
Hector was definitely faster in terms of combination punching. In that area, Camacho is only rivaled by Jones, Leonard, and Taylor. In terms of single shots, Laguna was up there. I would think his lead right would land on Camacho all night.
I was actually thinking more about Laguna's movement than his punching, but yeah I'd agree Hector is faster in combos. You're absolutely right about his back hand though, he'd be feeding it down the centre all night and I think he'd figure out the timing pretty quick.
