Who wins these? and how ? Under early UFC rules (UFC 1 for example rules)

    Fedor vs Royce Gracie

    Don Frye vs Dan Savern

    Ken Shamrock vs Fedor

    Tito Ortiz vs Tank Abott

Fedor should defeat Gracie in about 2 or so rounds but Gracie wouldn't give up. Fedor would ground/pound him until Gracie is a bloody mess and likely the ref will stop it.
Frye vs Severn is a difficult call. Hard to tell who wins that one.
Shamrock/Fedor is a decent fight but again, I think Fedor would defeat him in a pretty good struggle.
Ortiz vs Abbot should favour Ortiz who would attempt an immediate takedown and try to keep him on the ground but a young Abbot could have a good chance with his ferocity and power. They used to be sparring partners in Huntington Beach.

These are good fights on paper. But in real life, you never know what can happen.

Who do you think wins these with all fighters in their primes:

    -Dan Severn vs Tito Ortiz

    -Tank Abbott vs Ken Shamrock

    -CroCop vs Don Frye

    -Royce Gracie vs GSP

You're right! Silly me. Instead of rounds, we'll have to venture a guess using minutes. Fedor should overcome Gracie in say what, 9 minutes of intense action?

Gracie was an animal though, you're right i would never see that man give up. If he ever did tap out he'd probablly take his own life couple days later samurai style, since he wouldn't be able to live with himself

Fedor would have taken Royce out quickly. Royce is way too small and Fedor is too good on the ground to have difficulty with the shit that Royce used to beat a lot of those cans with. Fedor would've taken him down and knocked him unconscious.

It really sounds like I'm picking on Royce here but GSP vs. Royce, a toss up? What the hell is Royce going to do to GSP? He's not going to do what Serra did, and even though he was old, did Royce give any indication that he could've beaten Matt Hughes when he was in his prime? There's no way Royce is going to take GSP down. If the fight goes to the ground it's because George wants it there. GSP would just kick the shit out of him on his feet and maybe take him down for some GnP.

Royce gracie isn't beating any modern well rounded MMA fighter. He has sick BJJ but other than that he sucks. Sorry to say this but it's true. GSP would destroy him.

it took sakuraba 90 minutes to beat gracie. it's not like bj penn's jiu jitsu is superior to that of gracie's.
