Are you for it? What's the limit anyway 260lbs? So that means Sapp can never fight in UFC? I don't like Sapp but im just using him as an example..or some of those 7 foot freaks who fight in japan? Sure the weight limit helps the fighters stay in shape but i enjoy an occasional fat guy vs little guy fight..What do you think?
They apparently don't want completely fat sideshow heavyweights.:: I couldn't fight in their heavyweight division either.
I hate this weight limit bullshit. i mean if shannon briggs who is around 270 lbs full of roided up muscle decided to go to ufc he can't unless he losses weight, same for sapp, same for kimbo, same for sumo wrestlers, same for hanzy, same for .well tank abott is probablly borderline...stupid stupid rule
The only reason I'm not dominating the UFC heavyweight division is because I'm too big for the weight class and they won't let me compete. ::
The weight limit is fantastic. Kaliber talks about missing out on watching Sapp, Briggs and other roided up freaks as if its a deprivation! The only reasons to be over 260lb is A) Steroids B) Laziness! There isn't a human being alive who couldn't get down to 260lb if he trained like an athlete, if you cant fuck off and be a bodybuilder or channel swimmer or whatever.:shit:
I understand it in wrestling (real wrestling that is). The idea of the sport is ruined if you have 500 lbs guys leaning on each other because it is pretty impossible to throw them around or pick them up. In UFC however it is easy to defeat an opponent who can't get off of his stomach so no limit is needed
I must confess, I enjoy the odd big fat guy vs little guy fight too. For example - Butterface Vs Sudo.
   Pure nonsense, guy like Valuez and Hong Man Choi could never make 260 lbs without seriously deshydrating themselves
