Any fans on the board? Here, IMO, is one of the better directors of his generation, despite a relatively small number of productions to his credit. Which is his best?
Bottle Rocket
The Darjeeling Limited
Fantastic Mr. Fox
Hotel Chevalier
The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou
The Royal Tennenbaums
Rushmore

Viva El Mexico Cuidad Matador Y Dinamita!
Who the fuck is Wes Anderson...?
I had to give it to The Royal Tennenbaums (true brilliance), though competition was stiff from Rushmore in particular, & I always enjoy a re-watching of The Life Aquatic as well. I know it was a big cult fave, but I actually just couldn't stand Bottle Rocket. Quentin Tarantino ranked this in his top-10 movies of the 90's. I thought it was really terrible, being honest.

I voted Rushmore but to be honest I don't think Wes Anderson is much cop. Rushmore is the only movie of his I like
“For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.”
― Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
I tried watching Rushmore and Life Aquatic but couldn't get into it, so I won't be watching his other films.
