It could be very good. Unfortunately, each time i've tried to watch it i've fallen asleep (3 times so far).

I WILL watch it some day.

Same thing for me with A Clockwork Orange.

I don't know what it is but every time i've had it in my possession i've been really tried and have fallen asleep. I think i rented it about 3 times in the past yet still haven't seen the whole thing.

I always spend the movie trying to figure out if that's Malcolm McDowell or Roddy McDowell...........then when it gets to the part where he bludgeons the old lady with the giant penis, I usually change the channel.

sums up my thoughts, almost to the letter.

Tarantino movies have the best dialogue, always. So many quotables.

Agreed. It's one of the aspects of Tarantino's "genius" that i think is very overrated.

However.... I think this movie is very good. Also liked Jackie Brown, True Romance and Resevoir Dogs. The rest of his movies not so much.
“For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.”

I liked A Clockwork Orange a lot, however I thought Barry Lyndon was boring as shit. I didn't even make it through the whole movie because it was so damn slow moving.

The pacing of some of Kubrick's movies could be too damn deliberate (i.e. a snail's pace) for me.

I never used to care for Jackie Brown that much when it first came out, but find myself watching it more and more whenever it's on lately.
Did you know... that Vince Phillips moved down in weight to win a title?

It is called absurdity, meaning dialogue that seems mindless but that expresses something about the theme of the movie. Not everybody likes it of course, but I usually do. The only movie where in my opinion Tarantino's dialogue does not work is Grindhouse, which is not a good movie in any way

Its true because when someone beats someone who beat them its confusing like when Frazer beat Ali and Ali beat Foreman who beat Frazer Its because of styles make fights Foreman hits harder than Ali and that made him able to knock out Frazer But Foreman could not knock out Ali because Ali was different to Frazier with his style.
and also, the jab is a good punch to do.
