The movie should have been called HIT-GIRL...that little girl kick ass and was great in the movie.....

Anyway what you fuckers think of the movie??

For me it was an up and down...something interesting would happen.....then nothing for 10-15 minutes...Hit-Girl/Big Daddy would disappear for a while....kick ass and his girl problems....Fogell and his bullshit...etc....

I hated this film. It couldn't decide if it wanted to be a comedy or a serious drama. The result was a bad film in my opinion. I found it distasteful.

It probably didn't help that the trailers for the film were very misleading.

The beginning was excellent but the ending was a bit of a letdown. I don't agree with the distasteful-comment, actually I really liked the way how the film was politically incorrect, that's what made it funny. The mixture of comedy and drama is a very good point however: especially the ending with the ironic bloodbath is not funny enough but its point can't be taken seriously either.

I'd give the film about 7/10. It promised to be even more but all in all I liked it

Thats one of the reason Hit Girl was great.....A few times i would hit rewind to re-listen what she said...

I said the film as a whole was distasteful in that it didn't mesh the two different styles well. Nothing about being PC or offended by language or violence.

I knew it would be bad, but consistent rave reviews hood-winked me. Terrible, I agree it couldnt decide what it wanted to be.

I think it was mainly a parody of superhero movies and the culture of violence entertainment, but for such the movie had some too serious points in it

I enjoyed it, definitely not good for the kids though

I hadn't realized Nicolas Cage was in it until I watched it. He's never met a script he didn't like.
