Old film this. First time I've seen it was last night. I enjoyed it. The bit where Swayze is on the punching bag cracked me up though

"Road House" is on REED's "Favorite BAD Movie" List...

Looking Back, it's just Another CHEESY Ass 80's Flick, but @ the Time, the Fight Scenes Seemed Pretty Cool...It was Fairly Edgy, for a Mainstream 80's Release & Sam Elliott had 1 of THE Coolest Voices Ever...

In a funny story. Bill Murray likes to harass Kelly Lynch's husband every time he watches "Roadhouse" on television.

It was an entertaining 80's popcorn movie. Swayze was trying hard to be an action hero after his sudden fame as a romantic hunk in a chick flick with 'Dirty Dancing'. Years later 'Ghost' proved again that audiences really wanted him to do those romantic roles. Few people remembered he was in 'Red Dawn' though.

Patrick Swayze was alsae great in 'The Ootsiders'.

Ma favourite scene in 'Rood Hoose' is when that wee gadge is playing wi' the hookers jars and tells the pimp 'I ain't got twenty dollars!'

    Biff! Baff! Bosh!
