Rewatched this film since I barely remember anything about it since I watched it only once in the 80's. Not a great film like the original Hitchcock masterpiece, but just a decent film. Norman Bates is released from the federal state hospital and tries to start a new life as a 'normal citizen'. Things get complicated when he befriends a young female co-worker (ridiculously hot Meg Tilly) and she stays at his house. Shortly after strange things start happening and people dying and Norman is devastated thinking that 'Mother' has returned and he is losing his sanity again. Great performances by Anthony Perkins and Meg Tilly. The film had a good screenplay worthy to follow-up the events of the first film, but director Richard Franklin was the wrong guy for this project. Meg Tilly nude is always a nice treat, though. 6.5/10
That picture o' her there makes her look like the laddie oot o' 'Flight o' the Navigator', like! Ah believe Ye alsae see the bonny Olivia Hussey's bare baps, having their first cinematic ooting in Psycho II since the 1968 Zeffirelli version o' Romeo and Juliet.

For a 53 year old lady she doesn't look bad. Maybe you are confusing her with her sister Jennifer Tilly who got a little overweight. Meg Tilly 2013 Jennifer Tilly
