    Looks pretty...but the Holy Grail of WWII USAF daylight bombing raids is 'Memphis Belle'.

    The US really fucked up that mission to bomb Schweinfurt...without any long-range fighter escorts, the Luftwaffe took out 50-odd B-17s....ridiculous. :doh:
