Does boxing pay much better there? :: I'd figure somebody that got knocked out 5 straight times might realize boxing is not for them, but double digits?
There's Some VERY Delusional Fighters Out There... REED Knows Guys w/LOSING Records, 30+ Years of Age, who SERIOUSLY Believe they'll Be World Champions 1 Day..."I'm just 1 or 2 Fights Away, Dog"...Granted, they OCCASIONALLY Win Fights, @ Least:hut:...0-28 just MIGHT Be the Worst Ledger REED's EVER Seen... It's Even Difficult Imagining Charlie Zelenof Going 0-28...REED Applauds the COMMITTMENT, the StickTOITtiveness, the NO QUIT Attitude it Takes to Reach 0-28, Even Though Dude Probably CAN'T Wipe his Own Ass or Recognize his Name on a Piece of Paper Anymore... REED:clapagain: ps. Maybe Dude is Soooooooooooooo Punchdrunk, he Thinks he's 28-0, Hence his Reasoning for Continuing to Fight???...
This type of guys get about 700 $ or so for fighting in countries like Finland or Germany. In Czech, average gross wage is 1270 $ or so per month so fighting outlands they do make a nice bonus to their salaries. Fighting in Czech can't be very profitable though I have seen guys with records of 2-47 (Koed 35 times) and 2-39 (30 KObys) fighting live. What's worse, I saw them both BEATING the same Finnish guy :atu:
