I can't stand the way Wlad fights and certainly think he should be penalized for it. At the same time most of it is down to his opponents being too shitty to do anything about it. They're mostly slow, fat and don't have the heart to take some hits to get off their own. They lunge in so close that often times it all but guarantees a clinch. Do they attempt to do anything on the inside? Usually? no. Their out of shape ass is happy to have the ref let them rest a bit. So basically they don't punch their way inside and don't punch when they get there. The referees should punish Klitschko's anti-fighting but it will only be an academic difference if the opponents don't bring more.
Wlad should have been disqualified in most of the fights he's been in over the last decade. The ref won't do shit.
