Anybody watch him fight on Showbox last night? He's pretty limited, but he'll be fun to watch. Nowhere NEAR as talented or as good as GGG, but maybe he'll be the middleweight version of Provo.

 

Is he the guy who stopped Vincent? Pretty good offensive fighter.

The guy in the main event looked good too.

 

I've only seen him twice. Against Jorge Melendez, and last night against Nick Brinson. In both fights he struggled then came out for a late stoppage.

As far as Russians go, he's never gonna be an elite talent like Kov or Golov. He reminds me more of Provo.

 

I thought of Provo as well when I saw him. He'll definitely make for some excitement in the game.

Derevyanchenko is far more skilled and a better prospect. just doesnt seem to have bigtime power

 

Yeah he looks more skilled but he doesn't look lIke a big time talent either.

I mean, Lemeiux blew away Ayala in 1 round.

 

derevyanchenko kicked the shit outta old ass solimon in less than 5 minutes as he was supposed to. i hope to see this guy fight golovkin in 18-24 months. they are the two top middleweights
