Anybody give a shit about this fight? I'm thinking Jacobs will win. I'm not confident of it because Jacobs has an iffy chin, and Quillin would probably come in much bigger. But Jacobs has better skills and I have a feeling he can outbox stiff ass Quillin.

What did Quillin say or do to make him so "uncool" on the Internet? Quillin is one of those fighters I've been surprised to hear casual fans mention and know. People seem to think Quillin is an exciting intriguing fighter until they find an Internet forum.

Agreed. I'd take Khytrov over Quillin and Jacobs right now as well.

Jarret Hurd looked good in the main event beating the fuck outta Galarzza. He's only 25, might be an interesting prospect to watch at 154.

Hurd showed some nice stuff. I'll keep an eye on him.

Based on this performance alone I'd give Hurd AT LEAST a 50-50 shot at beating the Charlo bros.

Yeah the Charlos are the typical protected Al Haymon fighters.

They'll be protected from quality until Haymon is ready to cash em out.

Quillin would fuck Dervachenko or whatever up. His hand speed is good but not blazing, he doesn't seem to have much power, his footwork is good but his feet aren't that quick and he can get hit when he flurries. He reminds me of Fernando Guerrero.

Yeah, that's a joke. Fernando Guerrero is a total glass chinned scrub.

I'm not AS high on Dervechenko as you however. Seems like a good, solid fighter, but I don't see any kind of special GGG/Kov talent in him.

But I think he's skilled enough to beat Quillin, as Quillin has no skills.

Quillin...Lee I don't know how much money they generate for their promoters per fight...but it can't be MUCH..I would think they will make the biggest PAYDAY of their careers fighting GGG... both guys could lose to some random bum any given fight...so WHy not...

Jacobs apparently has no chin. And whatever you say about Quillen, he has punching power. Quillen by KO.

When Guerrero wasn't getting splattered he looked just like Derbachenko, pivoting around and flurrying with his chin in the air. He probably has a better chin than Guerrero but I don't see how he's going to work out at the top level.

PBC snatched up Quillin away from GGG just like they snatched Stevenson away from Kovalev. Those fights aren't going to happen as long as Quillen and Stevenson keep winning because they were signed to stop HBO from making a big name of the winner.

He's fighting a top 5 middleweight. Lee was also a top 5 mw. Lemoo was considered a legit contender by beating a bunch of guys Quillin already beat. I don't rate him above GGG but I'd say he has a better resume.
