Cotto is arguably the harder puncher I would say. But decent example.

Not a chance? Cotto has many flaws but punching isn't one of them. Mosley had power but I wouldn't have labelled him a puncher. At the very least they had equivalent power, but when I see both punch and the effect it has on their opponents I would say Cotto's shots are heavier.

I think Duran had a great chin but he got bombed out by Hearns and Ray Leonard, despite eating heavy leather, especially in the RE, did not get bombed out.

Leonard definitely hit a bit harder but it;s close, I think Ray hit harder because he was faster, rather than hitting harder and being faster.

Moorer-Holyfield 1? I don't know whom was the harder puncher at heavyweight. Moorer was able to win a decision mainly with his jab by beating a Holyfield suffering from HGH-itis

Nah, Moorer clearly hit harder than Holyfield.

Mosley-Dlh and you could argue dlh-Whitaker and maybe dlh-Quartey depending on how you scored the fights.

Definitely not. Oscar was pretty quick, maybe even a tad underrated in that department but no way was he faster than Shane.

Yeah, Oscar was fast but not as fast as Shane. With all the flaws Shane had, speed wasn't one of them.

    Keith Mullings vs Terry Norris.

Much is made of Norris poor chin but Mullings was stopped by some Brit Bum with 13 KO's in 30 fights and he never faced any major punchers like Norris did.

Mosley was quicker and could flurry better but overall DLH was faster. If he fought a more mobile less aggressive fight against Mosley instead of trying to fight with him I don't know if he gets a better result but he'd look like the faster fighter.

Mullings was a tough dude and Norris was chinny.
