    Crawford
    Brook
    Thurman

I'm thinking Crawford, because it would be more of a prolonged beating over the course of 9-10 rounds before a stoppage.

Spence I think would knock him out within 4 or 5.

Brook and Thurman I think stop him as well, but the when I'm not sure on.

I said beating, not public execution.

And within reason to his weight class.

    Spence. Then Brook.

Spence has a mean streak that would make it sadistically fun. I think he'd PURPOSELY carry Broner a few rounds to give him some extra punishment.

I'm not even sure Crawford beats Broner, and if he does, it sure won't be a whooping

Oh you best believe it would.

Especially as the fight enters the mid rounds and Broner starts to slow down and Crawford gets into his rhythm.

Broner has NO CHANCE here. He'd suffer his first KO loss.

I'd bet you a lot of money that he won't. Against the three best opponents he fought (Burns, Gamboa, Beltran) Crawford only looked destructive against small ass Gamboa. Broner is much much better than these three, and he'd look as good and destructive as Crawford has against the lowlife he's been fighting recently. This would be a very competitive fight, no matter how annoying Broner clownish behaviour is.

Crawford at this point is pretty much a HBO creation. Sure he has shown a few flashes of greatness, but his resume is very thin considering the acclaims he's getting.

Craw is one who has the sadistic streak in him.

Spence is all business. If he was able to badly hurt Broner in round 2, them he'd try to finish him in round 2.

Crawford is the one who might prolong it if he gets Broner in trouble.

Spence is a bigger puncher than Crawford though, and a bigger man.

Look at the way Spence went after Algieri. If that isn't showing a mean streak I don't know what is.

True. But I still think he'd give Broner a one sided thrashing.

If Broner had only fought the same level of oppostion than TC has, he'd still be undefeated, and he would get as much praise as TC is getting presently. Hell, Allahkerdiev is probably as good or better than anyone TC fought, and Broner whooped him in style and easily. And I would pick Porter and Maidana to also beat TC.

If midget-ass Gamboa was able to trouble TC with his speed, I could see no reason why Broner won't be able to do the same. Not saying that he will win, but those dismissing completely his chances are absurdly influenced by HBO propaganda.

it is a good point. TC still jas not faced anyone as formidable as Porter or Maidana.

If Broner were to have any chance against Crawford, it woulda been at 135. At 135 Broner was good and TC was weight drained.

At 140, it's pretty clear Crawford is the faster/sharper/more powerful man.

I mean, do you think Emanuel Taylor would go the distance with Crawford?

I think even a guy Dierry Jean would give Broner a tough fight.

The way Crawford got hit by Gamboa, Dulorme and Lundy makes me think Broners hand speed could give him lots of problems. He'd probably walk broner down in the end though.

Brook, Spence and Thurman all fuck Broner up bad. Brook and Spence give him the worst beating but Thurman ends it the most brutally.

    Nah

I've probably seen more of Dierry Jean than anybody here, him being a local fighter, but he would get absolutely outclassed by Broner.

Crawford has better handspeed than Broner though. That's the problem for AB.

There is literally NOTHING Broner has over Craw. Not ONE thing.

I'm not 100% convinced Danny Gift even BEATS Broner, much less gives him an ass whuppin.

    Dead ass serious.

Don't get me wrong, I'd pick Garcia.

But am I 100% confident in that pick? Nah.

Broner's handspeed could be problematic for Garcia.

I think Garcia's size would probably be the difference in a fight with Broner.

But is it a foregone conclusion???.. I'd say no, because Garcia is a guy who could lose ANY NIGHT now. He's an upset waiting to happen and there's a reason that his team will not put him in there with the likes of Spence, Brook, Thurman, Porter. Even Tim Bradley I'd probably favor to beat Garcia.

I think it's just about cash out time for Danny Stiff before he loses that 0 to somebody he shouldn't lose it to. If a fight with Mayweather is not made (Recent rumblings are starting to give me the feeling it WILL happen), I wouldn't be shocked if Haymon and Arum work out their differences to put Garcia in there with Pacquiao... I really wouldn't...

I don't expect Garcia to mix it up with these other welterweights. Brook and Spence have both openly called him out. Thurman as well. And in the case of Spence and Thurman, both guys are under Al Haymon, so there shouldn't be an excuse unless Garcia just doesn't want those fights, which I suspect deep down he doesn't.

All signs point to Mayweather vs Garcia come Fall... :wack:
