At least Crawford has teh decency to go to a top notch buffet in Bacchanal whereas Loma would settle for the MGM buffet

    Crawford is too big.

But pound 4 pound, I think Loma has more ability.

I think that Loma has the potential to be something special, while Crawford, while good, will never more than good. But the size difference is too much imo.

"Good" is an insult to Crawford. Lamont Peterson is a "good" fighter. Crawford is an elite fighter, and definitely in the realm of "very good".

Is Loma phyiscally more gifted than Crawford? Yes.

But we still don't know about Loma's intangibles.

fight was boring as hell, but crawford's domination of postol was definitely impressive, considering what postol was able to do against mathysse.

The same Mathysse that was owned by Danny Garcia.

At least TC had the balls to fight Postol.

Danny Vagina wanted no parts of Postol.

If Loma can carry the weight (which I don't think he can), he will definitely beat Crawford. Loma is special.

It's also true that Garcia had no interest in fighting Postol.

Apparently the corpse of Paulie was worthy of a fight with Danny Gift, but Postol wasn't.

Matthysse was hardly "owned" by Garcia... He definitely deserved to win but that was a very competitive and reasonably close fight

Agreed. These motherfuckers make it seem like this was some Benitez-Duran type clinic.

Danny won a tough, yet clear decision then basically said "Hell no!" to the idea of ever giving Matty a rematch.

For what it's worth, Mattysse's eye swelling up tipped it for Danny Gift. Mattysse was starting to gain the advantage til that happened.

Garcia hasn't looked anything close to the fighter that beat Lucas ever since then.

And unfortunately for him, his power hasn't come up with him to 147 lbs. He's basically a sitting duck against most of the top guys there.

He needs to at least step up soon and TAKE a big fight, even if he loses. He could at least keep some stock if he's competitive against any of the top guys in a loss. And I give him a decent chance against Thurman.

But I have a feeling Garcia will eventually lose to one of those cherry picks he's been feasting on in recent years.
