Very Fan Friendly Bout, as if Lawler's EVER In a Bad Fight....Woodley's a VERY Live Underdog Here Though, Particularly Early...

Woodley's Speed, Power, Athleticism and Explosiveness Gives Lawler MAJOR Problems (On Paper, Anyways), but if Lawler's Still Standing by the End of Round 2, REED Expects Lawler to Be LAWLER, and Eventually Break Woodley....

I'm picking Robbie in this one. Woodley is dangerous in the early rounds, but not dangerous enough to stop Lawler in the first round. He won't have a chance in the later rounds when he's gassed and Robbie is coming on strong.

It's not the best card for a PPV, but the main event will be fun.

Lawler used to have trouble with good wrestlers. He's improved his takedown defense a lot in his UFC comeback.

REED Gives Woodley 2 Good, Strong Rounds, but agREED it's All DOWNHILL for Him After That...Either Way, this Fight AIN'T Going 5 Full...

Will be Fun as Hell to Watch Though...

Impressive knockout by Damian Brown. These early fights turn out to be awesome sometimes.

UFC 202 is a stacked card. It might be premature saying MMA is declining when there are still so many great cards.

Tonight isn't great except for the main event. I'm watching anyway.

Holy shit. Nikita Krylov wins by head kick knockout. That came out of nowhere.

Krylov is 21-4 with every fight ending in a knockout or submission. Including the losses. I want to see him again.

This is about as clean of a knockout that you'll ever see. Ed Herman is a warrior, and he just faceplanted after that kick.

Matt Brown and Jake Ellenberger are up next. This is the biggest fight of the night other than the main event.

REED Can Honestly Say he's NEVER Understood why UFC Perpetuated this "Badass" Myth in Regsrds to Matt Brown...

And After Getting OWNED in Less than a Round, REED Still Doesn't Get it. Nonetheless, Rest Assured UFC will Continue to Promote the "Badass" that Matt Brown Supposedly Is...

Total domination by Jake Ellenberger. I didn't see that one coming.

Matt Brown has showed tons of heart and come back to win fights he was losing badly. He got owned tonight.

destruction. I like Lawler, but it was clear he wasn't the best WW in the world. It was time for him to pass the torch.

This is probably the first time in history someone has said this. No one has knocked him out like this since Nick Diaz in 2004.

    Pretty poor UFC event really.
From undercard to the main event starring an old guy.

Not sure why anyone is surprised Lawler got beaten?

    Stylistically, it's Not Surprising...

Tyron Woodley's Athleticism and Explosiveness Would Give ANY Version of Robbie Lawler Severe Problems, Early Doors...For as Determined and BALLSY as he Is, Lawler is Waaaaaaaaaaaay Tooooooooooooo AVAILABLE to Strikes, to Beat a Guy Like Woodley...Not w/Out Weathering an AssWhipping 1st, and Hoping his ENDURANCE Prevails...

That Being Said, REED Didn't Expect Woodley to Leave Lawler Basically OUT on his Feet w/a Single Shot and G&P his Ass, while Barely Breaking a Sweat...That was Impressive...

Robbie Lawler's Carved an ADMIRABLE Niche' for Himself, Over the Last Couple Years...He's as Consistently ENTERTAINING as Any Combative Sportsmen REED's Ever Seen...Tyron Woodley's Just a Bad Matchup for him, Stylistically...

UFC always throws up the KO which isn´t surprising in MMA but enables pure boxing fans to run with the ´they-all-got-glass-chins´ line.

I think if 4-6oz gloves were used in boxing, you´d see a ton of KOs...

I dunno maybe because he absorbed a lot of punches in his last fights and still came through so people thought he would be able to absorb some punches again? Could that be it, what do you think?

Brown is a TOUGH, EXCITING Fighter, Undoubtedly...But there's a Level of DOMINANCE Possessed by a "Badass", that ESCAPES Him...

I used to know a fighter by the name of Chris Liguori. He was a friend of my brother in law. Used to go see him fight all the time for Ring of Combat, Combat in the Cage and the other local MMA groups. Even though he even fought in the UFC one time (UFC 45), he was never really that good. He was a limited fighter with a limited skill set who found ways to pull defeat from the jaws of victory. He had a 4-5 record when he fought Matt Brown at a CITC show I was at. He beat Brown by submission in the 2nd round.

When Brown came to the UFC in TUF, I couldn't understand why they were hyping him up to be such a badass when I saw him get clowned by a very limited Liguori. I still don't get it. The guy is 20-15 for Christs sake.
