    Garcia should cash out with COTTO...I mean Pacquiao fight might still be a thing....a FLOYD fight is dead...and IMO still at this point a fight vs. Cotto will bring Garcia more money than a fight vs. Ginger...so Cotto is the biggest money fight available for Garcia....or most 147 pounders...
