Donald Curry vs Danny Garcia

What happens?

 

Curry. Garcia doesn't have the pressuring style that troubled Curry. He would stay at long range the whole fight and get beat to the punch continually. A stoppage is possible

 

Curry should win...but then again he should have beaten Honeyghan also...

 

Honeyghan was a helluva lot better at 147 than Garcia.

 

Curry pre-Honeyghan was too skillful and quick. If Garcia was faster on his feet and could find a way to stay inside he'd have some success but he'd still lose IMO.

Curry tattoos his face and I don't see it going into the late rounds.

 

I'm not sure about that. I don't think Breland would have wiped out Garcia in 3 one sided rounds.

 

Breland woulda beaten the shit outta Garcia.

And Garcia wouldn't beat Mo Blocker, let alone Curry.

 

For the record, Curry stops Garcia.

 

I think Curry's too big and rangy but if Garcia can hurt him with something he can get in the fight.

 

With Garcia's lack of speed he'd have a hard time finding Curry let alone hurting him. Curry's counters would put him into "good boy" mode.

Curry wasn't some leap amateur counter puncher like Thurman, he was an actual quality counter puncher.
