Ali does. Louis doesn't present Ali the same level of danger as prime Tyson because he doesn't have Mike's footspeed to rapidly cut the ring. He'd have a lot of problems with Ali's speed and movement. Of course, Louis gives a good account of himself and wins some rounds, but I see Ali winning a clear decision.
Don' vex wi mi nah ( don't be angry with me)...but I see this as a styles mismatch in favour of Ali. He would dance rings around Joe and win a wide decision.
