For those who like boxing, there is a legitimate match up tonight between professionals. It is on hbo.
HBO's IDIOTIC for Broadcasting a Fight Tonight... Can't Think of a DUMBER Combative Sports Business Decision to Make... REED
Oh yeah, , my boy Miggles is fighting too. But REED I'd have to disagree, I think it's a brilliant decision. There'll surely be a lot of boxing fans and some of the new crossover fans who will watch Miggles Vs Kamegai San for free instead, it'll no doubt put a big dent in the PPV sales of the Floyd fight.
Welcome Back Brother MWS!!!... REED'll Have to Respectfully DISagree, Bruh...This Will Likely Be the LOWEST Rated HBO Fight of Cotto's Career...HBO and Golden Boy are Doing this Out of SPITE, and No Doubt, the HBO Crew will Take Every Opportunity to BASH Mayweather-McGregor @ EVERY Turn... It's a FAILED Venture from the Outset... While MAJOR Sports Like NFL, NBA or NHL have Silent, Good Faith Agreements NOT to Intentionally Compete for Consumer Dollars, Leave it to Boxing to WILLINGLY Compete with Itself, on the Same Fucking Night... For Better or Worse, Mayweather-McGregor is the ONLY Thing that Matters Tonight, in Combative Sports...HBO KNOWS This, Yet They're Attempting Some PSUEDO High-Brow Bullshit, by Airing this Card... Miguel Cotto DESERVES BETTER than That, in REED's Opinion... REED
Thanks REED And don't worry man I was just nausing you, I agree it's an absurd decision. There'll probably be about 100 people or so watching this fight What time is it on BTW? At the very least they should put it on an hour or two earlier, to help people get amped for the Floyd fight.
Floyd vs. McGregor shouldn't start before 11:15 by then...Cotto vs. Ho Chi should be done..... now where is the damn stream for the Mayweather vs McGregor fight...?? and not for ATDHE doesn't work for me...nothing but pop ups....
This Cotto fight is not gonna put any dent whatsoever in May-McGregor buys. But REGARDLESS, I don't think May-McGregor is gonna break the Mayweather-Pacquiao buy record. A lot of people, even casuals, realize this is a mismatch.
Cotto's body looked very soft and seemed rusty at times. Good for him that the Japanese had zero power and was a punching bag. A somewhat disappointing performance. What didn't disappoint was Mrs Cotto's tits: they still look great!
Gotta love the Japs. They're often a bit on the crude and basic side compared to other world level boxers (which surprises me), but they're often fucking tough as nails and gutsy to compensate.
Cotto won every single round, but he did look old. His punches don't have the same snap and velocity on them, and he got hit a lot... the Japanese can't punch though, so it didn't matter. Ironic, that it seems only yesterday that Cotto and Floyd had a good scrap with eachother, and both looked very sharp, but last night it was apparent that both need to hang em up.
yeah. PBF looked like an old James toney with no power, while Cotto looked like Cotto, but a much detoriated version. Don't want to see either of them ever again, unless it's against Charlo, Hurd, ,Spence or Thurman in a passing of the torch affair
Well at least Cotto has the excuse that he has been inactive for two long years. Even younger boxers show signs of rust in their comeback fights. Cotto obviously is looking for one final big payday *ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION, FLOYD? MANNY?*
I've always been a Cotto fan so have no desire to see him get beaten up by a young lion. And Floyd has grown on me over the years, so I also have no desire to see Floyd lose to a guy he would have schooled in his prime.
Yeah but its cool for Floyd to wait for people to get old so he can handle them a bit easier..................
