Not an easy fight for Cotto, but Chino is too crude and too easy to hit to actually win. Chino hurts Cotto a few times though, and Miggy has to get on his bike to survive. But I see Cotto's skills and offense carrying most the fight, and I see him sending Chino to the canvas once or twice. I also can't get the image out of my head of Khan almost stopping Maidana to the body, and I see Cotto really doing damage downstairs.

Cotto by competitive, yet clear decision in a brusing, action fight.

Cotto would channel his inner Mike "The Bodysnatcher" McCallum to win the fight

I don't think Maidana was vulnerable to the body. Sure Khan hurt him bad there, but shit happens and I don't rebember another instance of him getting hurt there

Maidana is a weird one, he looked shit but obviously wasn't. He looked somewhat fragile but was never stopped. He looked crude but gave the best boxer of the past 15-odd years one of the closest fights in memory. He also got whitewashed by Devon Alexander. Honestly, I'd pick Cotto but it would be with some trepidation.
