Is it a given Mosley is going to get beat up???? Or can he pull another Margarito...?
It'll be interesting to see what happens if Mosley is in there to fight back.
Mosley KO's the Ginger ten seconds into the first round
Oh, how I would laugh.
If Mosley fights back is the big question here.
Night of Upsets...I'm going with Mosley by KO 5
And it might not come down to whether or not he wants to. It's probable he can't pull the trigger anymore.
Canelo by CONTROVERSIAL UD...Mosley Badly Hurts & Possibly Even FLOORS Canelo a Time or 2 Late, but Canelo Gets the Unpopular Verdict After Barely Surviving to Hear the Final Bell...
Canelo by UD, but I'm praying Shane can bring SOMETHING outta the tank to expose this fraud.
I doubt it though. Shane I think is COMPLETELY and UTTERLY shot now. The Margarito fight was his last hurrah.
The Mosley from the Margarito fight would sodomize this red headed clown.
Yeah, for the record, I'm going with Alvarez by decision. Seems the safe bet.
Actually this more my thinking.....Canelo gift decision, in a fight that once again show that young fighter today ain't shit...
usually when i pick against mosley he beats the fuck out of someone so im going with alvarez by KO
I hope Shane just doesn't fight gay and lame..
Gingerito tko 10
Alvarez by dominating decision. It is weird how much shit a young, promising fighter gets here
No. Mosley was already pretty much done in that fight, it was just that Margarito's style suited him perfectly; wide punches, not crushing power, straight-forward style and very easy to hit. Side-step once in every half minutes will make Mosley much less dangerous, and Alvarez takes advantage of that
:dunno: Alvarez does not fight straight-forward, that is the whole point. Also, he is quicker than Margarito
Alvarez wide decision. He'll follow Cotto's strategy when he fought Mosley and use much more movement and reserve than we're accustomed to seeing from him.
Mosley is SHOT. But if he has anything left its a punchers chance. I'm not sold on Canelo. I still remember he almost got Ko'd by Jose Cotto. The question is what will happen if he hurt Mosley? Lately the old fighter gets scared and just fights to survive. This will come down to how much if anything Mosley has left.
And that fight was three years ago.
Shane has nothing left. Once it goes past four rounds the fight is over. Canelo isn't that good and Shane is too old.
Luckily he hasn't been quite as shit as the former twenty-something young fighter who in his first twenty fights got dropped twice, needed one questionable decision and won one close fight on cuts only. That Cassius Clay or what was his name
Just because he looks it, doesn't mean he's white. He's not. He's Mexican.
You can stop cheering for him now.
I am not his fan, in fact I don't really care if he makes it or not.
What I do hate though is this modern trend where every fighter gets shitted on, one weak performance (not even a loss) is a cause for eternal ridicule, come-from-behind victories are also proof of crappiness and a dominant late stoppage doesn't count for shit, you need to be able to score a KO in two rounds. All this unfair criticism is targeted to young, developing fighters and for a fighter to earn any respect he has to be a long-time world champ, doing your best and trying to win doesn't count for shit anymore. Fuckity fuck
I actually agree with Ugo to a very great extent: there is far too much of a temptation to shit all over young, up-and-coming fighters nowadays for not a lot of reason. It's kinda sad...
...Having said that, Canelo is crap. Mosely is plenty shot enough to lose to a guy he would have iced at his best. This fight looks like yet another example of that fine boxing truism- 'Old fighter fed to young, hungry up-and-comer'.
canasshole is going to get laid out like bum
Mosley is a washed-up old man
(Cormac McGillicuddy)Alvarez by TKO in 10... corner stoppage
