He's already done better in MMA than I thought he would, and it's good to see that he's taken it seriously, and training seriously.

He can box a bit, and has good handspeed and accuracy for a 34 year old heavyweight.

He seems fairly likeable too. That TV appearance that EliteXC showed was funny.

    "Do you enjoy punching people?"

    "Yeah"

Incidentally, EliteXC seems alright actually. Though they badly need some new commentators to replace those fucking goofy nerds they have now.

Kimbo, with a couple more hand-selected, easy KO victims, might become the most popular name and face in MMA.

I typically get ridiculed for this, but I think with his hand speed, raw power and plain brute strength, he can be a handful for ANY fighter he faces. And yes I said 'ANY'.

The guy is a fighter. He has a fighter's mentality. And he is training seriously with some of the best in the business. I just can't see him being an easy opponent for anyone.

He's got a lot of charisma, and he's a puncher. Those two, hand in hand, make him an instant draw. He need to learn sub defense and takedown defense, and then he's going places.

Yeah, I actually think hes a cool guy. I like the fact that he is causing a bit of interest in the HW division even with the little bit of experience he has. Hes gonna make things interesting. WAR KIMBO!!!!

Yeah, man. I get the same. I have said just about the same and get the wrath of all the so called MMA experts. Kimbo is for real. He is one of the best strikers in all of MMA. That's right, you heard me say it. His punches are short, crisp and accurate. With great takedown defense he is a megastar in the making. A guy who can take MMA into the houses of mainstream America.

I like Kimbo as well, it's gonna be great watching an MMA guy who can actually box a bit. BJ Penn can, Marcus Davis obviously can and it's always great to watch. Give this guy a good sprawl and you could see him doing some serious damage with those hands.

It's true. I mean, didn't he take Roy into the second round? It wasn't that easy.

Apart from Seth Petruzelli of course, but that was just a fluke, obviously.
