Jermain Taylor faces up to 54 years in prison

To be officially sentenced in April.

 

Sad ending for him. The guy truly needs professional help.

I missed what crime he commited. I don't need a link to an old thread or a newspaper article. Someone just say what he did.

Except for shooting his cousin, that sounds like Mayweather.

Back when Flyd was coming up, one of his baby mama's brought her dad by his crib to give him a mouthful. Floyd pulled a gun and beat the wrinkles out of Pops.

 

During a parade, he had also shot his gun into the air three times on Martin Luther King Day.

And then afterwards he made a video apologizing for it. I think it's on Youtube.

 

Hopefully, White Guys Don't RAPE Taylor as Easily, Behind Bars, as they Did in the Boxing Ring...

Might be a good thing. Perhaps the two of them together can form a partnership as cell mates and thus work on bringing about racial harmony into American prisons.

All these years later, I still can't believe that a boxer who called himself "The Hammer" killed someone ( a boxing announcer's bro no less) with a hammer.

 

I don't understand American sentencing guidelines, if there are any.

I'm actually in agreement with this...

His actions are not that of a malicious but rather of a person who is crying for help. Sad as it is for me to say, JT is probably a suicide waiting to happen.

He needs professional help ASAP. Putting him in jail??? With his state of mind, he won't survive.

I think so too. It seems his character has changed after the brutal ko loss he took from Abraham. Still, as of now, he seems to be a danger to society, no matter what the cause is. And that'S coming from someone who alway's liked Taylor.
