Anyone watch this show with Louie CK? Very different, a lot of dark and surreal humor, other times it's a serious drama. There's a weird thing with the continuity, as Louie's ex-wife on the show is first described a pasty Italian, then you see her and she's black, in flashbacks she is white again. Their kids are pale white. Up and down like most shows, but overall I like it.
Yeah, it's excellent. A bit meandering the last couple seasons, but I don't think he gives a fuck and I still enjoy watching it. That's the reason he cast his ex-wife as black in the show. He doesn't really give a fuck and he's not driven by any sort of continuity. I wouldn't even call it a comedy, as it's pretty jarring sometimes.
He's one of my favorite standup comedians. He puts some of his funniest material in the beginning of the episodes. I love the show in general, but sometimes I wish it had more comedy and less drama.
