My training program

    Let me know if you think I can build muscles and lose weight simuntaneously with this program. Please give me advice that can improve my program.

    Monday: 75 minutes cardio and 15 minutes of weighttraining. 4 sets of benchpressing 10 reps and 4 sets of squats 10 reps

    Tuesday: no training

    Wednesday: 75 minutes cardio and 15 minutes of weighttraining. Pullups, backtraining and biceps

    Thursday: no training

    Friday: 75 minutes cardio and 15 minutes of weighttraining. 4 sets of benchpressing 10 reps and 4 sets of squats 10 reps

    Saturday: 50 minutes cardio

    Sunday: 50 minutes of cardio

    What about your diet?
    You got to get that spot-on as well.

    Three slices if bread with cheese daily
    Carrots and broccoli
    2,5 liters of water daily
    Shakes on monday, wednesday and friday after training (blend of whey isolate and concentrate)
    Evening meal

    I have lost 17lbs so far but I want to gain some muscle aswell.

    Drop the bread - you dont need it at all.
    Cheese = Cottage cheese.?
    Where's the chicken, beef, fish, eggs? You need to eat ALL of that Rainmaker, and daily.

    8 sets in 15minutes?? :lol:

    you gotta be realistic...i think just 4 sets of squats should take at least 20min to do

    And I think we can deduce from the OP's lack of 'postage' in this thread, that it's all gone to shit. :lol:
