Three slices if bread with cheese daily Carrots and broccoli 2,5 liters of water daily Shakes on monday, wednesday and friday after training (blend of whey isolate and concentrate) Evening meal I have lost 17lbs so far but I want to gain some muscle aswell.
Drop the bread - you dont need it at all. Cheese = Cottage cheese.? Where's the chicken, beef, fish, eggs? You need to eat ALL of that Rainmaker, and daily.
8 sets in 15minutes?? :: you gotta be realistic...i think just 4 sets of squats should take at least 20min to do
