Apparently we were right - initial estimates between 950k-1.1m

Apparently the scene in Vegas was way less electric too on fight week.

I wonder if Pac can break 1.5 for the rematch. I think 1.7 is possible. Arums a fucking genius

In other not so thread worthy news, the WBO brought in 5 judges to review the Pac vs Bradley fight. All 5 of them scored the fight for Manny, with only one card being close at 115-113.

    The rest were
    116-112
    117-111
    117-111
    118-110.

I wonder how many casual fans were turned off after the decision... it'll be hyped like crazy though.

Interesting, where did you find the figures Hut?

I reckon on 1.4 to 1.5 for the rematch.

Somehow I don't think so

I wonder why Scrubby Timmy even said that, I wonder if it's part of a new sneaky plan by Arum.

There's no way. Pacquiao was robbed in order to sell a big rematch, they even had big rematch tickets printed

900K-1M sound about right....a rematch will do just slightly better....1.2 max...

Everyone knows who won the first...why get punk again and order a rematch.....

Trust me, it'll break 1.5. Bradley is a name now. And we have a story line to the fight, to boot. It'll do great. The PPv public don't buy fights, they buy worlds colliding. Familiar faces they can have an opinion on, names, stories,

I won't pay a dime for the rematch, who gives a fuck? I agree with Hut though, the casual fans will.

I might buy it. It'll be fun seeing if Pac gets a fire lit under his ass and busts Bradley up. If there's anything on the undercard I'll probably cough up

It will have to pick up other casual fans, because the casual fans that order the first fight saw what happen and saw Pacquiao win easily...1.5 million buys NO WAY.....

The rematch might be better than original.....if Bradley doesn't twist his ankle..

I think it's guaranteed to be a better fight. Pac will fight mad and Bradley will be fit. Until he's unconscious at least

I didn't care about the fight at all and I'm a boxing fan. I didn't even realize the fight was even on until the day before and there was no buzz about it at all. Nobody knows or cares about Tim Bradley.
On the other hand, people knew and respected Miguel Cotto, Ortiz to a degree, Mosley, Marquez, and Hatton and Oscar which is why Fraud's ppvs have done well.

I already am fairly certain that will happen, and completely certain Pac will win. I'll be perfectly content with watching a recording of it later.

The universal standard for gauging the big fight atmosphere in las vegas is the amount of hookers in the mgm lobby. Mayweather jr trumps pacquiao all day long
